野生动物疫病与免疫研究中心

  2018年野生动物疫病与免疫研究中心组建,现有人员14人,其中研究员1名,副研究员1名,助理研究员7名,研究生11名。研究中心以国家和广东省战略需求为导向,旨在聚焦现代农业、保护生物学等领域国际前沿与研究热点,围绕野生动物健康与病原生物学、环境微生物资源开发和生态治理、耐药性微生物与公共卫生健康核心科学问题,开展精准化、系统化的基础应用研究,为广东省野生动物保护、养殖业健康发展、生态环境治理和公共卫生安全服务。

科研团队

  一级PI(中心主任)王承民

  王承民,河北承德人,广东省科学院“引进领军人才”,华南农业大学和河北农业大学硕士生导师。现任广东省科学院动物研究所野生动物疫病与免疫研究中心主任,微生物病原生态学研究组组长。1996-2003年在河北农业大学获得学士和硕士学位,2007-2010年在中国科学院动物研究所获得理学博士学位,2003-2007年在河南科技学院工作,2010-2018年在中国科学院动物研究所工作(2013年美国USDA学术交流),2018年至今在广东省科学院动物研究所工作。近年来,主持或参加科技部十一五、十二五和十三五重点研发计划,国家自然科学基金、中国科学院先导A等项目,在Cell Reports, Journal of Infectious Diseases, Reviews In Medical Virology,Frontiers in Cellular and Infection Microbiology, Frontiers in genetics, Journal of wildlife diseases,科学通报,生物化学与生物物理进展等发表文章72篇,其中SCI论文52篇,累计影响因子147.79,总被引用710率次。申请专利11项(授权4件,包括2件国际专利),编写著作9部,其中英文著作1部,参与制定标准2项。

  二级PI:陈金平

  研究员,博士生导师。现任广东省科学院动物研究所副所长、野生动物疫病与免疫学研究中心副主任,野生动物疫病防控与分子生态学研究组组长。1999年-2002年获得哈尔滨师范大学动物学硕士学位,2002年-2005年获得中国科学院动物研究所生态学博士学位。1997年-2002年,在中国水产科学研究院黑龙江水产研究所工作;2005年-2006年,在中国科学院广州生物医药与健康研究院工作,期间在法国国家自然博物馆从事合作研究;2006年至今在广东省科学院动物研究所工作;2014年-2015年,作为访问学者在美国康奈尔大学兽医学院从事分子疫苗相关研究。近年来主持国家、省、市等各类科研项目15项;获得获广东省科学技术二等奖1项,广东省自然科学二等奖1项;发表学术论文91篇,其中SCI收录 69 篇。申请国家发明专利12件,其中授权8件,申请国际发明专利1件。    

  研究组:

  1.微生物病原生态学研究组 组长:王承民 副研究员

  微生物病原生态学研究组于2018年9月成立,围绕微生物开展研究工作,主要设置微生物耐药与公共卫生安全、环境微生物与生态治理、噬菌体资源与产业化等三个研究方向,基于微生物生物学特性、微生物基因组学、转录组学等手段,开展了耐药性细菌在野生动物-家养动物-人-环境 生态圈的扩散、环境微生物生物表型和基因组特征等工作,现有人员9人,其中研究生3人,发表SCI文章54篇,申报专利5项,其中国际专利2项。

  野生动物疫病防控研究组共12人,其中博士7人,硕士2人,本科2人,其他1人,由高级职称2人,博士后3人,助理研究员4人,研究实习员1人,硕士研究生1人,本科实习生1人组成,具有动物学、基因组学、遗传育种学、分子生物学、生物技术等多学科背景,是一支年轻的团队。
